AN investigation is underway after a man's body was found in Johnstone early this morning.
Police were called to Houston Square at around 2.55am this morning following a report of a 58-year-old man's body being found.
Officers remain at the scene.
His death is currently being treated as unexplained.
Enquiries are ongoing.
A Police Scotland Spokesperson said: "Around 2.55am on Saturday, May 13, 2023, police received a report of a 58-year-old man's body being found in Houston Square, Johnstone.
"Officers are in attendance and the death is being treated as unexplained. Enquiries are ongoing."
