Authorities are currently investigating how a suspect managed to bring an 'AR-platform style weapon' into a Georgia school, which was used in a recent shooting incident. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation Director, Chris Hosey, provided updates during a news conference held on Wednesday night.
During the conference, Hosey mentioned that they are still in the process of determining the timeline of events leading up to the shooting. This includes understanding how the suspect gained access to the school premises with the weapon.
