Investigation after two sheds catch fire in Sutton in Ashfield

Firefighters are investigating the cause of a fire which saw two sheds 'well alight' in Sutton-in-Ashfield. Firefighters were called to the scene, in Beeley Avenue, at 2.48am on Friday (July 15).

The fire was extinguished using two hose reel jets. And firefighters also used a thermal imaging camera and breaking in gear to tackle the fire.

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Rescue said they were not aware of any injuries. But officials added later on Friday morning that crews were still in attendance at the scene to determine the cause of what happened.
