South Korea's Asian Games manager has explained why he snubbed Rangers' new boy Kim Min-su for the tournament.
Rangers splashed out £8.5 million to land the 20-year-old from Girona, and he made an impressive debut in their win at Pittodrie against Aberdeen on Sunday.
But he was surprisingly omitted from the forthcoming Asian Games football tournament, which drew plenty of criticism from South Korean media, ahead of their attempt to win it for the fourth time in a row.

And South Korea's Under-23s manager, Lee Min-sung, was asked why Kim wasn't included in his squad when the domestic players joined up for the training camp. He said: "We held dozens of meetings with the coaching staff, and we have selected players who fit our team.
"These players have the strength to definitely win a gold medal. I apologise to the players who were not selected, but I have very high expectations for the remaining players.
"And it would be disrespectful to the players who were not selected if I were to discuss each one individually here."
