Inter Milan Chief Executive Officer Giuseppe Marotta has revealed that there are no plans to sell goalkeeper Andre Onana despite rumours linking the Cameroon international with a move to Chelsea this summer.
Recent reports state that the Blues have already begun conversations with Inter for the 27-year-old after arranging a meeting to discuss the future of loanee Romelu Lukaku. A fee of €40 million (£35 million) has been mooted.
And during those discussions, it is said that talks took place over the future of Onana, who has been a regular feature during I Nerazzurri's run to the UEFA Champions League semi-final.

However, according to Marotta, there is no doubt where the shot-stopper will be playing his football next season. "Onana leaving for €40m? I’d rule this out, honestly. We think he will stay," he claimed.
"We have not received any offers and Onana is happy in Milano, he wants to stay here. We do not plan to sell him.”
Following the sacking of Thomas Tuchel in September, Kepa Arrizabalaga displaced Edouard Mendy as Chelsea's number one following a mini-rejuvenation between the sticks.
Though, a potential move for Onana would surely cast doubt over the future of both goalkeepers, with the Telegraph explaining that Mendy is expected to leave and that offers for Kepa will be listened to.
Onana previously made headlines in February 2021, when he was banned from playing for 12 months by UEFA after testing positive for Furosemide, a banned substance. The ban was reduced to nine months by the Court of Arbitration for Sport, with former club Ajax claiming he took his wife's medicine by mistake.
A deal would, presumably, not be complete until Inter's season draws to a close, with Onana keeping a clean sheet in the 2-0 Champions League first-leg triumph over rivals AC Milan on Wednesday.
