A teen patient has claimed he was asked to attend a nudist beach to "relieve stress" around a week before being raped by his psychologist during a therapy session.
The 59-year-old former clinical psychologist, who cannot be legally named, has denied that he sexually assaulted the 15-year-old boy in his office on the NSW north coast.
