A team on the ground in Beirut has reported a series of constant blasts and explosions over the past two to three hours, with the situation appearing to be ongoing. The exact number of blasts is unclear, but the team described it as one of the most intense sustained periods of strikes they had witnessed.
According to the team, at least two of the blasts triggered secondary explosions. One of the blasts specifically targeted the road leading to the airport, located approximately 2.5km from the facility.
