Integris Health, Oklahoma's largest nonprofit health system, has agreed to become part of Kaiser Permanente's Risant Health, a deal that would place the Oklahoma City-based system under a national parent organization. The organizations announced a signed definitive agreement on October 21 but did not disclose the financial terms.
Integris reported $3.3 billion in operating revenue and a $22.3 million operating loss, a negative 0.7% margin, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, according to Fierce Healthcare. Its results have improved since then. In the nine months ended March 2026, the system posted a much smaller $1.1 million operating loss as revenue rose 8.9%.
