Inside West Ham's wild celebrations as players party until 9am on Prague streets

West Ham's celebrations after winning the Europa Conference League were predictably wild, with the Hammers having waited 58 years to win a second European trophy.

David Moyes' men secured a dramatic 2-1 win over Fiorentina, with Jarrod Bowen's last-minute goal seeing them lift the trophy. It was their first piece of European silverware since the 1965 edition of the Cup Winners' Cup.

Given that long wait both players and supporters celebrated Wednesday's win to the full, taking over the streets of Prague. The celebrations began at the Eden Arena, with fans immediately belting out the club's iconic 'I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles' anthem.

The players ran straight to the West Ham end of the stadium as their supporters then began serenading match-winner Bowen. A group of fans even invaded the pitch to congratulate their side's stars on the win.

Club captain Declan Rice also managed to spot his nephew in the ground, before pulling him out of the stands and onto his shoulders. The boy was wearing a Hammers shirt with 'Rice 41' on the back.

After dancing for several minutes, Rice then put his nephew down, with the boy front and centre of the celebrations. The England international then went over to the podium to lift the trophy, with fans singing 'We Are The Champions' as he did so.

Manager Moyes was also part of the celebrations on the pitch, dancing around with his squad. Outside the ground, the party was in full swing, with West Hams taking over Prague's bars and pubs.

Many could be heard singing chants such as 'West Ham are are massive everywhere we go' and '2-1 to the cockney boys'. Other supporters also took over the city's Old Town Square, waving around flares in front of large groups of riot police.

The players' celebrations did not end at the stadium though, as they joined supporters on the streets after returning to their hotel. As the team got off their buss, goalkeeper Alphonse Areola produced a portable speaker.

Areola was third off the bus, which had arrived back at the ground at 2am local time. They were greeted by dozens of jubilant supporters and broke out into dancing as soon as Areola began playing music.

The song was one which fans have co-opted to celebrate Bowen and his relationship with Dani Dyer. Even Moyes joined in with the improtu street party, as Lukasz Fabianski attempted to quiet every down to avoid waking other guests.

The keeper was ignored though as his team-mates continued to get the party rocking, alongside supporters. The squad were in no mood to end the celebrations as they also hugged fans and signed autographs.

Star midfielder Lucas Paqueta signed one fan's shirt as the jubilant players danced around the street. Once inside the hotel, the players continued to party and dance around, alongside fans who had also made it inside.

According to Sky Sports, the music from the hotel did not stop playing until 9.15am local time. Supporters were also seen dancing on the concourse of the old Olympic Stadium as they also took over bars.

Former West Ham star Trevor Sinclair was among the fans who took to the streets of London to celebrate the win. Supporters also took over pubs in the capital as they raucously partied away.
