Inside This Morning star Craig Doyle’s family life and his incredible home after viewers call for the Irish presenter to be made a permanent feature.
Craig Doyle, 53, has become a hit with fans of the ITV show and is always welcomed back every time he steps to host the show.
He and Big Brother star Josie Gibson, 38, are currently standing in for Holly Willoughby, 42, and Philip Schofield, 61, while they enjoy the Easter break.
The Irish hunk has proven to be a success with fans of the This Morning who are calling for him to be made a permanent fixture.
Taking to Twitter to share their thoughts, one viewer wrote: "#thismorning should keep Craig and Josie full time they make the show funny."
"Craig and Josie are a great duo on #ThisMorning - very natural presenters, good work," added someone else.
A third person penned: "They should just let Josie and Craig Doyle present #thismorning full stop."
Although a hit with viewers, the Irish presenter tends to keep his family life out of the limelight but has spoken before about his wife and four children.
Craig married his longtime partner Doon, in December 2002, and the loved-up couple share four kids together - Quin, Muireann, Milo and Elsa.
Doon, 51, previously worked as an interior designer, but her current occupation is unknown.
The lovebirds first met before Doon attended University in Ireland while she was working part-time in a gym.
Speaking to RTÉ about how they met, Craig previously revealed: “I was home in Ireland just before I started on Tomorrow’s World and a mate of mine said to me ‘Doyler! Ya gotta meet this bird. I tried my heart out with her but it isn’t happening.’
"She was working in the gym part-time before she started college and I went along to the gym.
"I didn’t even have gym gear with me. I had a pair of shorts and a pair of shoes, I looked like a kn*b and I met her and I thought ‘holy god'.
“We were on our third date, the kissing date, and we were in Greystones and we had a drink and we were out walking and as I left, I shook her hand. Complete nerd.
"She looked at me like I was a real tw*t and said ‘that was the kissing date. Why didn’t you kiss me?’ I was scared. I fancied her, you see.”
Despite Craig's incredibly smooth approach, he managed to steal Doon's heart, and in January 2023, the lovebirds celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary.
The couple are proud parents to four children – Elsa, who is now 13, 16-year-old son Milo, 18-year-old Muireann, and Quinn, 22.
Speaking to Belfast Telegraph about his children, Craig previously explained that he would love to have 'loads' of kids due to the fact he loves kids so much.
"I'd have a whole bundle if it were up to me - I love kids," he told.
"Doon's full-time with them. She keeps the ship rolling - she's amazing. I go to work but I'm really only doing my hobby.
“She has a hell of a lot more patience than me."
The gorgeous family live just outside Dublin, in County Wicklow, and Craig sometimes gives his fans a glimpse into their stunning home.
The star’s kitchen features a series of white cabinets with light wooden worktops, as well as a series of colourful cookbooks, and a modern microwave integrated in the wall unit.
And it seems Craig is a fan of gadgets as a variety of cream appliances can be seen lined up in the corner of the room, including a coffee machine.
Although in London at the moment to present This Morning, the TV and radio personality loves to work from home and has revealed his home office space to record an episode of Rugby Today.
In the photo, the Irishman showed off his work from home setup as he took to the home office table for a day’s work.
Outside, the home is surrounded with stunning views of the county’s beautiful rolling hills.
