Inside the two bed West Lothian 'fixer-upper' cottage on the market for just £27k

A two-bedroom cottage in West Lothian has gone on the market with a guide price of just £27,000.

The traditional terraced cottage resides in the town of Blackridge in West Lothian. The small town is adjacent to Bathgate and is around an hour's drive away from Edinburgh.

According to the listing, the cottage is a "fabulous project for a builder or developer". It requires full renovation and is currently not suitable for habitation, but at such a low price it could make for a very good investment.
