Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo has returned to our TV screens as one of the surprise late arrival stars taking part in I'm A Celebrity... South Africa.

The reality star shot to fame at just 19, after signing up for the seventh season of Channel 4 reality show Made In Chelsea. Toff, 28, has made her return to the jungle alongside a slew of iconic I'm A Celeb stars, who are competing against each other to become the first camp legend.

Arriving earlier this week alongside Andy Mhyment and Myleene Klass, Toff faced her first trial and has been left with a difficult decision ahead of Thursday night's episode. She has been tasked with banishing one contestant to the smaller Savannah Scrub camp, after arriving as a latecomer.

As viewers are waiting to find out who Toff chooses to banish, let's have a full deep dive into Georgia Toffolo's life when she’s not slumming it in the South Africa jungle.

Made In Chelsea

Toff is best known as being part of the cast of Made in Chelsea after joining the show in 2014. She left the show four years later in 2018 after appearing in 100 episodes.

Throughout her six series on MIC, Toff differed from her co-stars and worked as an intern and later a staff writer at magazine The Lady.

She was most memorable on the show for her close friendships with Sam Thompson and Mark Francis, as well as the scandalous discovery of finding out Sam Prince slept with her friend in her bed.

I'm a Celebrity 2017

Toff appeared on the 2017 series of I'm A Celebrity alongside Amir Khan, Coronation Street's Jenny McAlpine and WAG Rebekah Vardy. The blonde beauty captured the hearts of viewers for her close friendship with Stanley Johnson, the father of former prime minster, Boris Johnson.

The duo went on to appear on Celebrity Gogglebox and Celebrity Hunted together in the years after the show.

She was the lowest paid star on that year's series reportedly earning just £13,000 for going into the jungle.

Politics

Georgia has been a member of the Conservative Party since she was in secondary school. Discussing her political views, she once said: "I believe that the traditions of our country should be upheld and I'm a real advocate of business. I can't comprehend why someone my age would support the Labour Party."

Speaking about being a Conservative, Toff opened up about the government during Covid to The Independent: “It’s been very hard for the Conservative government to navigate through this pandemic – I get that.

"However, it is a source of frustration for me that if you have mentioned previously that you are a Conservative, it really doesn’t mean you are aligned to all their beliefs and way of governing.

“There have been a load of things the Tories have done that I’ve thought, ‘God, that’s insanity! What are you doing?’ But I don’t want to go into details.”

She added: “Westminster is full of middle aged men who are not representational of the rest of the country, which is why people of my age predominantly are completely disinterested in what’s going on in Westminster.”

Love life

During her time on MIC, Toff was interested in Francis Boulle and she had an on-off again relationship with Sam Prince, which ended after he admitted he slept with another girl her bed.

Toff likes to keep her love life more private now, but it's been rumoured she's got back together with her on-off fraudster boyfriend George Cottrel. The couple met in 2019 before things fizzled out, although reports emerged in 2022 that Toff may have rekindled things with her felon-ex.

They were apparently spotted leaving Cheltenham races in a helicopter together and have also been seen going on lunch dates in West London.

George was a senior advisor to Nigel Farage and served as head of fundraising for UKIP until his arrest in the USA following the 2016 Republican National Convention.

“Privacy is really important to me,” she told The Independent. “I’m an open book, but I have to keep a bit back for me, because if not, I would go insane. I’ve been in the public eye since I was 18 or 19. If I didn’t protect myself emotionally with my private relationships, I don’t think I’d be able to do what I do, and love and enjoy it for as long as I plan on doing it.”

Speaking of online dating, she continued: “Online dating is not me. I’ve got to look people in the eyes so I can sense who they are as a person. However, I don’t want to talk it down because lots of my girlfriends have met wonderful men and I do think it increases your chances of meeting someone.

“However, the hopeless romantic in me is very traditional. I’m partial to a blind date, I love that concept. When you look in someone’s eyes you can see whether they are a kind man and if there’s a physical attraction. How can you see that through an app?"

Acne battle

Toff fronted a documentary about her acne battle called Georgia Toffolo: In Search of Perfect Skin, which aired on ITV last year. The reality star has been open with fans about her skin journey on social media, as she refuses to hide away her natural skin.

"There are many things that we're taught in life that define us and our worth, especially as women," Toff said in a length Instagram post.

"As you grow older, you realise these things are not as important as they seem. There is strength in being vulnerable and being real. My skin and acne journey has taken me to some of the lowest points in my life.

"All the while, I have been pushing forward in my career, but it has always been something that has been there. It has been something to hide to avoid nasty comments, ridicule, and hate.

"But I'm done with hiding, our skin does not affect our worth. We are all beautiful, just as we are - no filters, no covering up, no makeup. You deserve to live your life without your skin holding you back. You are beautiful."
