Love Island star Megan Barton-Hanson has put her lavish Essex mansion up for sale for nearly £1 million.
Megan, 28, has lived in the five-bedroom luxury property since October 2020, which she bought for a huge £900,000 and had a hand in designing. The former Celebs Go Dating star's beautiful abode has a wonderful open plan kitchen and living room which have been finished with bespoke marble work tops, while the living room is complete with wooden flooring and green velvet sofas, bar stool and chairs.
The detached house also has a spacious walk-in wardrobe for the model's stylish clothes after remodeling the house and ditching one of the bedrooms.
She also did the same to include a large make-up room for when she needs to get glammed up for all her personal appearances and events.
Megan is known for her party antics and the Essex pad typifies her personality with a built-in hot tub and personal gym. The large lounge area can cater for many guests too while many of the rooms in the property have bi-fold doors which lead into the garden.
Despite the property price boom since the coronavirus pandemic, she is not set to make much, if any, profit on the luxury home as the asking price remains at £900,000 - the same as she paid for it less than two years ago. It is believed that the house is up for sale so she can relocate to Los Angeles with friend Lottie Moss.
Megan, who shot to fame on the fourth series of the hit ITV2 dating show Love Island in 2018, was able to buy the property thanks to the money she made from her OnlyFans account, where she recently became a millionaire. The X-rated subscription-based service allows content creators to earn money from users who subscribe to their account to see racy lingerie snaps as well as explicit content.
She became one of the first reality stars to sign up to the website in 2020 and charges her subscribers $24.99 (£20) a month to access to her exclusive content – which also includes 'uncensored' photos and nudes.
According to Megan’s accounts in June, the former Love Island star made over a million pounds in the last financial year. Her company, MBH Productions Ltd has, £389,475 cash in the bank, and made approximately £743,000 last year, according to The Sun. This was after she paid up £141k in corporation tax.
The staggering financial figures means Megan earned a total of £1.13 million up to 31 August 2021 - double what she made in 2020.
