Love Island star Liam Reardon has given fans a glimpse inside his family home after it has been put on the market for almost £900,000. The 23-year-old, who won the ITV2 dating show with Millie Court in 2021, has said he is 'sad' to see the 'special home' go.
The former bricklayer lived in the huge 1900s home in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales his entire life until he moved into a £1 million apartment in Essex with ex-partner Millie after the villa. In July this year the series seven winners announced they had split, with Millie now living alone in the house she and Liam bought together.
Just months after their split, Liam has now suffered further heartbreak as his beloved family home has gone up for sale. Sharing the news with his one million followers on Instagram, the reality TV star said it was a 'bitter sweet time'.

Sharing the listing, he wrote: "So that bitter sweet time has come, my family home is now up for sale.
"This is the only house I’ve ever lived in up until I moved to Essex. All of my life living there and what a special time it was.
"I can only admire the amount of work my parents have put into this house over the years. It has been a wonderful family home for all of us who lived there, but now it’s time for a new family to make new memories in."
Liam added: "It will be sad seeing it go as it’s such a special home but it’s time to down size and move on.
"Also going to miss the days where me and my sister would have pool parties while mam and dad were away, great memories."
The home, which was derelict before the Reardon family bought it 30 years ago, has a whopping £895,950 price tag.
The family spent years bringing the home up to scratch and it now boasts luxury features such as an outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, a summer house and a huge garden with three stables.
The property, which sits on Brecon Beacons National Park, spans five bedrooms with one featuring its own balcony and two which come with en suites.
On the ground floor is a large hallway that gives access to a study with a late 19th century French marble chimney piece, living room, storage room and kitchen. Off the kitchen there is a sitting room, utility and ultra modern W.C.
The detached home went up for sale online on Friday with Ramsay and White Estate Agents, which is offering online viewings.
The listing added: "The property has a rich history with current owners bringing it back from being derelict as true labour of love over the last 30 years.
"The plot that comes in just under an acre is a true tranquil paradise with it's own swimming pool, Jacuzzi, summer house, three stables, gym and large garage.
"The grounds offer a superb amount of opportunity for gardening fanatics with large lawns and mature trees which also creates an excellent enclosed space for children and pets to adventure in."
