Posting videos of the whole family at the airport, Sam was already annoying brother-in-law to be Ryan.
Zooming in for close ups with Ryan, Zara, Louise and baby Leo in his pram, the 29-year-old said: “And we’ve begun."
In another clip of Louise, Ryan and Leo sitting on the plane, Sam is heard saying: “Ohhh, it’s the first one with the cub” in reference to their first holiday together.
He captioned the clip: “Big moment for these guys, Petrified.”
Sharing snaps with her 1.4 million Instagram followers, Louise revealed the family had been treated to champagne on board their British Airways flight.
Another shot showed her taking a selfie in baby Leo’s toy which had a mirror.
She captioned it: “I don’t even drink. More interested in Leo’s toys. Let’s get my mum hammered though haha.”
Earlier on in the day, Louise revealed she had been left in tears after getting her nails done.
Showing off her new red holiday talons, she told her followers: “I just cried a bit.
“My lovely friend @totallytipsandtoes just did my nails on the house because of everything I’ve been through.”
The 32-year-old had a traumatic birth with baby Leo, who was born in November last year.
She has spoken out about how she nearly died twice due to complications during the difficult labour.
Doctors had to “work through the night” to save her life – and Louise then spent a month in hospital recovering.
Speaking afterwards, she said: “I was told by one of the consultants that saved my life that my-pre pregnancy fitness levels are one of the few reasons that I survived.”
Sharing what her life has been like since giving birth Louise – who suffers from anxiety and PTSD – added: "I had a few good days and I assumed I'd be jumping straight back into work and the world of Instagram - presumably because it was such a big part of my life before...
"The truth is when I have 'good' moments I don't want to post because I don't want to be reminded of everything horrendous that happened to me (I also want to capitalise on getting a few basic things done because I'm still SO behind on life).
"And when I have bad moments I still can't function, so I find myself posting when I'm feeling sort of ok and in-between."
