Kourtney Kardashian has taken to Instagram to give a closer look at the sweet birthday celebrations for her daughter Penelope. The young girl, who Kourtney shares with ex Scott Disick, has reached double digits and the family have went all out for 10th birthday pool party.
Taking to Instagram, Kourtney has shown her 189 million followers an inside look to the pink themed party.
Starting with the pool, the Poosh founder panned across a range of inflatables and an epic slide before showing the children having fun on the opposite side.
In amongst the Instagram Stories were sweet birthday posts for Penelope from family and friends.
Grandmother Kris Jenner, 66, posted an adorable black and white picture of herself, Kourtney and Penelope which she captioned: "From the moment you were born you have been the most precious, adorable, sweet, kind, smart, creative, imaginative, funny, witty, adventurous, thoughtful and lovable girl!"
Kourtney then gave a closer look to some of the food available at the get together, with the pretty pink party having a fast food theme. In white cartons, there were a range of burgers and chicken nuggets in addition to two different types of fries with dips.
The eldest Kardashian sister is known for her ethical stance, and said that the pink balloons were 'sustainable and biodegradable' as well as highlighting some dishes as both vegan and gluten-free.
The Kardashian tagged Chef K for the spread, with her later going on to show a range of pastas, salads and breads on a spinning table.
After enjoying a lavish dinner, the girls retreated to the grassy garden for a special screening of Minions: The Rise of Gru, with the young girls watching from the comfort of pink inflatable pools set up across the grass rather than classic chairs.
Kourtney shared an adorable snap of Penelope cuddled up in one of the pools as she rested her head on a pink pillow.
The 10-year-old made eye contact with the camera as she curled up in a blanket following a day full of celebrating.
The party comes after Kourtney's husband, Blink-182 star Travis Barker was released from the hospital after pancreatitis scare.
Doctors believe that the rock star's bout of pancreatitis was triggered by a colonoscopy that damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube.
Taking to Instagram, he gave followers an update. He said: "I went in for an endoscopy Monday feeling great. But after dinner, I developed excruciating pain and have been hospitalized ever since.
"During the endoscopy, I had a very small polyp removed right in a very sensitive area, usually handled by specialists, which unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube. This resulted in severe life threatening pancreatitis."
He continued: "I am so very very grateful that with intensive treatment I am currently much better."
