Singer Joe Jonas and actress Sophie Turner have sold their ocean-front Miami mansion for $15 million – $4 million more than they paid for the estate last year.
Jonas Brother Joe and Sophie, known for Game of Thrones, hired interior designer Sarah Ivory to redesign the Prairie-style home with a modern Miami edge. 'The property has an incredible Cali meets Bali vibe. Frank Lloyd Wright inspired but with a tropical twist,' says David Pullman of ONE Sotheby's International Realty, who represented the buyer.

Frank Lloyd Wright is celebrated as a pioneer of Prairie-style homes categorized by their symmetrical design, flat roofs, and modest exteriors. And while the architect is not responsible for this mansion, his influence is undeniable.
Inside the home, inspiration from the famed architect continues – most evidently through its striking symmetry and an abundance of wood and stone: two materials Lloyd-Wright favored.
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner may have profited from this architectural jewel, but this is nothing new to the couple. Last year, they also sold their $14.1 million home in Encino, California, for $15.2 million – about the same time they bought this Miami property. And it's easy to see why this home justified such a price tag.
Located in Bay Point, an exclusive community in the city, the 10,414-square-foot mansion sits on the coast of a canal that leads out to Biscayne Bay. And inside, the setting is just as tropical.
While the 30-foot high ceilings and stark stone walls contribute to the Prairie-style aesthetic, the furnishings are notably more contemporary. Every living space oozes pure, indulgent color – from the open-plan living room to the modern family room (below), experimenting with blues, greens, and purples against a pure white backdrop.
Other notable spaces include an all-white kitchen featuring a dramatic waterfall island, 'invisible' style cabinetry, and a full-service bar for indoor/outdoor serving.
