It is very rare in today's day and age that you will come across a house for less than £100,000, but one property in Greater Manchester has gone on the market with a bargain £35,000 price tag. The mid terraced house in Bolton is currently the cheapest house up for sale in the region - but there's a catch.
The home may be super cheap but it comes with a warning that any interested buyers are unable to view the property prior to buying it. This is because the house has been extensively damaged in a fire therefore it would be dangerous to arrange any viewings.
The future owner will have to take on a huge renovation project to restore the property to a habitable home before they can even think about moving in - so this purchase is not one for the faint hearted.

Situated on Leigh Road in Westhoughton, the terraced house has two bathrooms but the number of bedrooms isn't stated on the listing.
The home is severely damaged inside and has been left in a derelict state, so the layout and number of rooms currently in the property is not clear. It does however come with a small yard to the rear.
The Rightmove listing warns: "Please be aware that due to the extent of the fire damage to this property, and for Health and Safety reasons, we have been instructed that no internal access is available i.e no internal viewings are available.
"The property offers an ideal investment opportunity and offers are invited based on the photograph images only."
It continues: "Charlesworth Estates do not have in their possession any further details regarding the severity of the damage or structural information.
"Please note Charlesworth Estates accepts no liability to the structure of this property."
The house is located next to Daisy Hill station and is one mile from Hag Fold station and Westhoughton station.
Nearby schools include St James CofE Primary School, Washacre Primary School, Outstanding-Ofsted rated Eatock Primary School and The Aspire Hub.
Estate agents Charlesworth Estates are taking offers in the region of £35,000 for the home.
They are requesting that interested buyers should submit offers in writing to their office by 5pm on Friday, November 11.
