Gaz Beadle has been showing off the results of his Yorkshire home's stunning renovation, over a decade after he shot to TV fame on Geordie Shore.
It was back in the summer of 2011 that Prudhoe lad Gaz caused a stir as he and cast members like Vicky Pattison, James Tindale and Charlotte Crosby, made their debut on MTV with the Geordie Shore stars' wild antics raising a few eyebrows in Newcastle and further afield. While Charlotte and James are currently on screen in the show's much hyped reunion series, alongside other originals like Holly Hagan, Jay Gardner and Sophie Kasaei,. Gaz 'snubbed' an invitation to retur n, after ex Charlotte reached out to him via text.
A few years ago,. a Geordie Shore rich list was published, which had dad of two Gaz at the top, with an estimated fortune of well over £4 million, the majority of which had been accumulated from his keen interest in property development, rather than TV work. And Gaz's eye for what works and what doesn't when it comers to houses has paid off when it comes to his own home on the outskirts of Leeds, which he shares with wife Emma and the couple's two children Chester and Primrose.

Some of the most eye-catching changes to Gaz's already stunning property are the windows, a vitally important part of the makeover. The Residence Collection designed the bespoke windows throughout the property, and worked with local window and door manufacturer, HWL Windows and Renovate Leeds to manufacture and install them into Gaz's home, and bring the couple's vision to life.
A total of 98 new windows were installed in Gaz's home, transforming the interior and exterior of their new home and maximising the potential of its stunning location, complete with countryside views. What was once a protruding window profile with dark brown frames and bars across the glass, are now stylish flush windows with a fresh grey exterior.
Gaz and his family are still transforming the interior of their home but the windows match the contemporary but simple aesthetic they are aiming for, while providing first class modern technology.
Progress on the renovation has been documented on Gaz and Emma's property Instagram page: Beadle McVey home, with the couple sharing some of the extensive work that's been done to their kitchen and living area. Posting about the kitchen, Gaz and Emma wrote: "Moving our kitchen sounded crazy at first but @jessicamaydesign convinced us to just go for it, and wow so pleased we did! Our old kitchen will make a new playroom, office and hall way."
