While the online buzz captured headlines, a quieter, more grounded side of Taneja’s life has begun to draw attention: his farmhouse.
A Major Investment in Delhi-NCR
Taneja has shared that his farmhouse, located in the heart of Delhi-NCR, is valued at around Rs 10 crore. He describes it as his most expensive investment yet. But beyond its price tag, the property functions as a hub where he manages farming, runs his businesses, and balances work with family life.
Tradition and Practicality in Every Corner
When filmmaker Farah Khan visited, she was struck by how the farmhouse harmonizes tradition with practicality. The indoor walls are coated using a technique called lipai, where cow dung is applied to keep the house naturally cool and act as a disinfectant. Despite this unconventional method, Farah noted that the house had no strong odors—a testament to its careful upkeep.
A Home for 200 Cows
The farmhouse is also home to around 200 cows. Rather than selling milk directly, Taneja focuses on producing value-added products such as A2 ghee and butter. This approach highlights his commitment to sustainable farming and quality production.
Running a Brand from the Farm
From the same farmhouse, Taneja manages his food brand, Rosier, which offers buttermilk, ghee, and pickles. Farah Khan was introduced to his pickle line, Ghar Ka Achaar, which is produced and marketed under the same brand.
Simple Meals, Warm Moments
The visit concluded with a heartwarming home-style meal of litti chokha, shared with Taneja and his family. This simple yet intimate moment reflects the grounded and authentic side of his life, far removed from the glare of social media fame.
In a world of online stunts and viral content, Taneja’s farmhouse offers a glimpse of a life that blends tradition, entrepreneurship, and family—proving that the most meaningful investments often lie beyond the digital spotlight.
