Falkirk 's most luxurious wedding venue The Parsonage at Dunmore Park is on the market for a cool £1.7million.
The magnificent period country house, which is being sold by Savills, sits on around 14.8 acres of stunning parkland policies and paddock.
Owner Steven McLeod, who once lived at the site, told Falkirk Live that all weddings booked this year will go ahead - and booking planned for 2023 will be given the option of Airth Castle or Glenbervie, which also belong to the hotelier.
He says no jobs will be lost as a result of the sale.
Mr McLeod bought the fire damaged building back in 2012 which he restored and called home for around five years.
He added: "It's a sad day, but the time is right. I've had The Parsonage for many years now and it has certainly served it's purpose.
"The Parsonage will be on the market next week, and I've already had interest from a few families.
"For now though, my focus will be on Airth Castle and Glenbervie.
"I have a few exciting things in the bag and some big changes are coming so what this space.
"I also just want to make clear that no jobs will be lost as a result of this sale, and that's because The Parsonage is only seasonal, so I use staff from Airth Castle to cover the weddings."
