Dancing on Ice 's reappearance on our screens marks the start of a new year as 11 celebrities try to impress the judges with their new skating skills.
The popular ITV show is back for a 15th series with British ice skating stars Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, who won gold at the 1984 Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo, returning to the judging panel alongside Ashley Banjo and Oti Mabuse.
Their bond remains unbreakable more than four decades after their historic Bolero dance in Yugoslavia and the pair were back on the ice on Sunday evening to showcase their wonderful skillset once more.
Love Island champion Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and FA Cup winner John Fashanu were the celebrities in the first elimination skate-off of the 2023 series, with the former edging the votes from the four judges.
As the former Wimbledon striker said goodbye to the competition, Jayne has welcomed her fans and followers into her lavish East Sussex family home thanks to her snaps on social media.
The 64-year-old has more than 98,000 followers on Instagram and regularly updates them with photos, usually alongside her ice skating partner.
She also shares snaps of her loving family - her husband of 32 years, Phil Christensen, and their two children Kieran and Jess.
Following her glittering career on the ice, which has continued off it following the success of Dancing On Ice, Jayne has invested in a sprawling estate in East Sussex which includes a huge kitchen-diner.
In November, Jayne gave a sneak peak of her impressive home when she was snapped on a pouf with her dog Lulu as she posed in front of the dining table which looked out to her huge gardens via huge windows which span from the floor to the ceiling.
The photo showed off her island breakfast bar, with the high wooden stools matching the interior for the rest of the room which has similarly-coloured wooden beams along with a large mural of a tree which stretches up the kitchen wall.
Jayne opted for cream tartan sofas in her open-plan living room as she maintained her cottage core theme in the house, which are accessorised with a large tug in the centre.
Outside, dark wooden furniture helps fill the large areas of the sprawling gardens as do the numerous plant pots. There is even space for sunbeds to catch the rays, while in the background there is an eloquent pergola stretching deep into the garden.
