Inside Conor McGregor's return to training as UFC comeback edges closer

Conor McGregor has returned to training after coming back to Dublin after filming for his movie debut.

McGregor was abroad filming Roadhouse alongside Hollywood star Jake Gyllenhaal but is now back in Ireland.

And the Dubliner is set to return to the UFC in 2023, two years after his last fight.

But McGregor stopped by SBG for a training session as he gears up for his return.

Captioning a post on Instagram, McGregor said: "Father Son work #wrestlingzone"

The Dubliner is visibly heavier than in previous years and is likely to return at welterweight when he comes back to the UFC.

It would not be the first time McGregor has fought at that weight having fought Donald Cerrone at that welterweight in early 2020.

,McGregor appeared visibly sweaty in the photos and looked in fighting shape.

Followers commented with someone said:" Dude built like that Iron Man prototype suit Tony Stark built in the cave"

And another said: "Man looks like beast"

Justin Gaethje is the likely front runner for his next fight.
