Colin Farrell, Geri Halliwell and Christian Horner made an unlikely trio at the BAFTA Film Awards on Sunday night.
The Irish actor, 46, enjoyed a cosy chat with the couple as the ceremony came to an end at the Royal Albert Hall in London over the weekend - with onlookers noting how relaxed and happy the new friends looked as they spoke about their careers and made plans for the future.
Colin - who is still tipped to win an Oscar next month despite being beaten by Austin Butler at the BAFTA Film Awards - congratulated Ginger Spice's husband on his recent wins with his Red Bull Racing team after Geri flagged the actor down before he left the hall on Sunday night.
As the evening's winners gathered on the stage for a group photo and a meet and greet with Prince William and Kate Middleton, many of the star-studded guests began to make their way to dinner and continue the evening elsewhere.
But before leaving, Geri and her husband caught Colin for a quick chat - with onlookers noting how the three stars were like old pals as they spoke and posed for snaps.
"They all stood close to the stage and laughed as they chatted for a good ten minutes - they acted as if they'd known each other for years," an onlooker who was at the BAFTA Film Awards tells the Mirror.
"Colin could be heard telling the couple 'we'll have to do that' at one point and congratulated Christian on his career achievements."
In 2022, Christian's Red Bull Racing won the F1 Constructors' Championship with drivers Sergio Pérez and Max Verstappen.
"There was plenty of laughter and if you didn't know they were three huge stars, you'd just think they were a group of pals catching up and enjoying a night out together," the BAFTA Film Award attendee adds.
Elsewhere at the star-studded event, Colin's co-star - and BAFTA winner - Barry Keoghan revealed the sweet way he planned to celebrate his incredible success.
The Irish star picked up best supporting actor for The Banshees Of Inisherin at the the Royal Albert Hall in London on Sunday night.
The 30-year-old actor said he "should have planned this, really" before thanking his co-stars and Ireland when collecting the gong on stage over the weekend.
Barry also dedicated the honour to children from the area he comes from - before going on to shun showbiz parties to spend some quality times with his loved ones.
"I’m going to go home now and cuddle my son," the dad-of-one confessed in the winners room.
"Go home and cuddle him."
