TV presenter Alison Hammond has put her £700k home on the market, but it boasts an unusual layout and living arrangement.
The ITV star is reported to be selling the four-bedroom and three-bathroom home as she eyes up a move to London to be closer to the This Morning studios.
Speaking on the By the light of the Moon podcast, Alison was interviewed by fellow This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby as she discussed her unusual home set up.
During the conversation, Alison explained that it is just not her and her son Aiden, who reside at her Birmingham abode but that they have two other houseguests - her gay best friend, Jason, and his pet pooch, Bobby.
Highlighting how the unusual home situation works for her, she told Holly: "My family life is so like, if you look at it from the outside you’ll be like ‘how does that all work?’"
She continued: "I live with my gay best friend Jason, I've got Jason’s dog called Bobby, there is my son and me and it is such a great family and we work so well together.
"Jason’s there helping me with Aiden, Aiden is there helping Jason, the dog, helping me. It is just such a good little unit and I absolutely love my home life situation I cook for my boys and home life I am winning!"
The home, worth £700k, is on the market as Alison is considering a move further down south to benefit her career.
A source recently told The Sun : "The timings are entirely coincidental but are, perhaps, telling. Alison loves that house but wants a fresh start. She’s incredibly in demand.
"It’s looking highly likely she will be asked to do more days a week on This Morning — and therefore she will be spending more time in London."
The potential move from Birmingham to London comes after Brummie presenter Alison vowed she would never leave it last year.
In an interview with Birmingham Living, she said: "I love Birmingham. I love everything about it. I would never leave it."
