A inquest has been opened into the death of a man who passed away in a Nottingham hospital. Daniel Adrian Duyungan died at Queen's Medical Centre on October 30, last year.
He was born on August 14, 2002. An inquest opening into his death has taken place at Nottingham Council House on Tuesday, March 21.
Opening the inquest, assistant coroner Nathanael Hartley said a post-mortem examination was conducted. It was Daniel's father who identified the body at the hospital.
