Innovative Industrial Properties Declares Q2 2022 Dividends

Innovative Industrial Properties IIP TILT

Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc's. (IIP) (NYSE:IIPR) board of directors has declared a second quarter 2022 dividend of $1.75 per share of common stock. The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $7.00 per common share.

Additionally, IIP's board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.5625 per share of IIP’s 9.00% series A cumulative redeemable preferred stock.
