Inmates ‘at risk of death’ at Wormwood Scrubs, warns senior coroner in suicide inquest

INQUEST Suicide Wormwood Scrubs Prison

An inmate at HMP Wormwood Scrubs killed himself just 48 hours after arriving because of failures in the jail’s healthcare system, an inquest heard.

A jury were told Jack Zarrop, 23, had been let down by police, prison and health staff responsible for his care.
