KURUKSHETRA: Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) state president Nafe Singh Rathi alleged on Friday that the BJP-JJP Haryana coalition government's sports minister Sandeep Singh following political enmity got Gaganjot Singh Sandhu of Pehowa, son of INLD's former leader Jaswinder Singh Sandhu, implicated in a false attempt to murder case.
Rathi said due to the false charge of 307 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Gaganjot had to go to jail.
"In the BJP coalition government, where the general public is facing all kinds of harassment, now due to political rivalry the politicians of the opposition party are also harassed. While the sports minister of the BJP government should focus on the upliftment of sports and sportspersons in the state, but his entire focus is on trapping his political rival in false cases", alleged the INLD Haryana president.
