The Cleveland Browns have gotten good news on both right tackle Jack Conklin and running back Jerome Ford, who are recovering from injuries. However, another starter has left practice as safety Grant Delpit was seen favoring his right arm as he walked into the locker room with a trainer.
This would be a big blow for an emerging player who broke out at the end of last season for the Browns. While the Browns signed veteran Rodney McLeod as a depth piece and rotational player, there is no doubt that Delpit’s growth has generated some excitement.
There have been no updates yet, but here is to hoping this injury is precautionary.
