PANAJI: India coach Igor Stimac is struggling to confirm his final squad for the AFC Asian Cup with a growing list of injuries. The 26-member squad is expected to be announced on Saturday.

Defender Anwar Ali and winger Ashique Kuruniyan were both previously ruled out with long-term injuries. Now they are joined by midfielders Jeakson Singh, Glan Martins and Rohit Kumar, leaving Stimac with plenty to think about the defensive midfield position.
