Injured teen rushed to hospital after 'disturbance' on Glasgow street

An 18-year-old man was rushed to hospital in Glasgow last night following a report of a 'disturbance' in the city's east end. Police were called to Inveresk Street in the Greenfield area around 5:25pm on Thursday.

Emergency services attended and an 18-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment. His present condition is unknown.

Police say enquiries into the incident remain ongoing, Glasgow Live reports.
