An influential Black model that challenged stereotypes around beauty in Victoria Britain is being celebrated with a blue plaque in west London.

Fanny Mathilda Eaton modelled for several well known pre-Raphaelite artists such as Dante Gabriel Rossetti and Simeon Solomon during her 20s in Victorian Britain.
