A penis enlargement injection intended to boost his image instead killed British-Nigerian influencer Igho 'Tiny' Ubiribo, aged 43, after filler travelled into his bloodstream and lodged in his lungs.
A UK coroner has now formally ruled that the businessman, known online as Denisi or Ego, died of a pulmonary embolism directly caused by the cosmetic treatment. The finding, delivered at an inquest at Inner West London Coroner's Court, closes months of confusion after early reports incorrectly attributed his death to a heart attack.
