Indore: Man booked for fraud

INDORE: A man was booked allegedly for fraud, forgery on complaint of a 43-year-old for illegally occupying his house in Juni Indore area.

The accused Vishal Nalware had entered inside a house illegally and occupied it. The accused had also taken an electricity connection in the name of a tenant, who was not in the house, police said. Police action on the complaint of Kamlesh Verma booked Nalware and investigated the matter. The arrest is yet to be made in the case.

Police station in-charge Abhay Nema told TOI, “The complainant's father had bought the house in 1984. The registry was however not done then. The complainant's father died in 2016. The accused taking advantage of it entered the house and occupied it.”“The accused further took an electricity connection in the name of a fake tenant, who was not there , faking an affidavit”, said Nema.
