Indian students asked 'how do I get a data engineering job in the US': Tech founder says $100K H-1B visa fee made the answer depressing

A former Meta techie, founder Zach Wilson, said he felt proud to be an American after a federal court struck down the $100,000 fee imposed by the Donald Trump administration on the import of H-1B visa holders. Wilson said it was depressing the last six months when his Indian students asked "how do I get a data engineering job in the US?" "And my answer basically, 'you don't because of Trump," he wrote in an X post.
