Indian startups must avoid “recency bias” while building for an AI-first world and focus on solving problems that will crop up down the line, said OpenAI’s head of strategy and global affairs Pragya Misra, during an event in Gurugram.
“A recency bias you cannot have. You have to imagine what the world will be... actually six months or a year from now, and then think about if you were to solve that problem, how would you solve it? I am seeing more and more people, even today, Indian developers, Indian AI solution providers are still thinking about just boarding on AI in the current workflows,” Misra said.
