Indian Premier League | Royals preparing base for 5-6 years: Sanju Samson

₹62 crore. Decision-makers at Rajasthan Royals are looking at that sum, as the IPL’s mega auction day approaches.

From their purse of ₹90 crore, they have already spent ₹28 crore in retaining captain Sanju Samson (₹14 crore), Jos Buttler (₹10 crore), and Yashasvi Jaiswal (₹4 crore). The skipper said the auction was really important because the franchise could very well be preparing its base for the next five to six years.
