Indian economy grows 6.3% in Q2 of FY23; services shine, manufacturing & mining sectors drag

NEW DELHI: India's gross domestic product (GDP) for the period July-September 2022 grew by 6.3% , data released by the government showed on Wednesday.

Real GDP or GDP at constant (2011-12) prices in Q2 2022-23 is estimated at Rs 38.17 lakh crore, as against Rs 35.89 lakh crore in Q2 2021-22, the National Statistics Office (NSO) said in an official release.
