NEW DELHI: The Indian national football squad, consisting of 33 members, is set to commence its preparatory camp in Indore from July 7. The camp is in preparation for the AFC U-17 Women's Asian Cup Qualifiers Round 2, scheduled to take place in September this year.
Under the guidance of coach Priya PV, the Indian team showcased an impressive performance in the Round 1 qualifiers held in Kyrgyz Republic in April. They topped Group F by defeating the hosts with a score of 1-0 and securing a 2-1 victory over Myanmar, thus securing their qualification for the second round.
