NEW DELHI: India on Wednesday reported 4,575 Covid cases and 145 deaths in last 24 hours. With this rise in cases, the death toll has reached, 5,15,355.
The total active Covid cases, dropped to 46,962, which was 0.11 per cent of the total cases. With 7,416 recoveries in the last 24 hours, the recovery rate has reached 98.69 per cent.
The daily positivity rate, further decreased to 0.51 per cent and weekly positivity rate stands at 0.62 per cent.
India conducted 77.52 crore Covid tests, of which 8.97 lakh Covid tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The country has administered 179.33 crore vaccine doses till now, under the nationwide vaccination drive.
