NEW DELHI: India on Thursday reported 2,539 Covid cases and 60 deaths. The death toll in the country has increased to 5,16,132.
With 30,799 active Covid cases in the country, the active cases stand at 0.07 per cent of the total cases. The country reported 4,491 recoveries in the last 24 hours, which takes the recovery rate to 98.73 per cent. The total number of patients who have recovered from the disease are 4,24,54,546.
The daily positivity rate has fallen to 0.35 per cent, while the weekly positivity rate stands at 0.42 per cent.
So far India has administered 180.80 crore Covid vaccine doses and conducted 78.12 crore Covid tests.
