CHENNAI: The Indian team was dealt a big blow earlier this week when pacer Jasprit Bumrah was officially ruled out of the upcoming T20 World Cup to be held in Australia with a back injury.

Bumrah is the second key player after allrounder Ravindra Jadeja to be missing the tournament. Jadeja is recuperating after a knee surgery last month. India fared poorly at the T20 World Cup in UAE last year where they failed to make the semifinals.
