India, Canada launch trade and investment forum to strengthen economic partnership

India and Canada have unveiled a new trade and investment forum aimed at deepening commercial ties and boosting business engagement between the two countries, following Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal’s three-day visit to Canada from May 25 to 27.

The announcement came after a series of meetings between Indian and Canadian business leaders, as well as bilateral talks between Goyal and Canada’s Minister of International Trade, Maninder Sidhu.
