NEW DELHI: The Athletics Federation of India (AFI) president Adille Sumariwalla on Tuesday expressed optimism about the country's prospects in track and field events at the upcoming Paris Olympics.

Sumariwalla stated his belief that India has the capability to improve upon their single-medal performance from the Tokyo Games.
