Victorian politician Russell Northe will face court on Monday charged with 45 offences by Victoria's anti-corruption commission.
Mr Northe, who announced his retirement this year, citing fatigue and personal reasons, is charged with one count of misconduct in public office.
He's been charged with a further 21 counts of making false documents and 21 counts of using false documents.
