American actress Inde Navarrette has reportedly turned down roles in Michael Mann's Heat 2 and a £1.95 million ($2.5 million) horror film in order to prioritise playing Rogue in Marvel Studios' forthcoming X-Men reboot, according to industry sources in Los Angeles this week.

The 25-year-old performer saw her demand surge across Hollywood following her breakout turn in Obsession, which led directly to her casting announcement at Disney's D23 expo in Anaheim and created scheduling conflicts with competing studio projects.
