The incredible moment a woman picked up a fully-grown swan in a bath towel and carried it down a Leeds road was captured on video.
The swan had reportedly escaped from Roundhay Park lake and was wandering down Gledhow Valley Road on Wednesday morning (February 9).
Carpet-fitter Paul Long slowly followed the lost bird in his van as it stopped traffic and drew attention from passers-by.

Paul captured the moment a woman took matters into her own hands as well.
The woman, who Paul only knows as Mrs Thompson, wrapped the swan up in a bath towel and asked Paul for a lift to Roundhay Park.
Paul said: "Apparently she helps out with various animals and pets and she must live locally I think.
"She was a lovely lady with a sense of humour.
"I was on my way to clean a customer's carpets. They thought I was joking when I called and told them I would be late due to rescuing a swan."
He continued: "It was really weird having a swan next to me in the van.
"It was really calm and even put his head out of the window.
"We then parked near the cafe and walked down and she popped him into the water.
"She was a lovely lady with a sense of humour. I even said it’s the first time I have pulled two birds"
