Incredible footage has emerged of the inside of an abandoned swimming pool.
The facility, which was hugely popular in its heyday has been shown by urban explorer Jacob Myers.
Jacob took to TikTok to show other people the contrast between the pool at the height of its popularity and its unused state now.
SomersetLive reports how the Butlins attraction in Minehead showed an eerie abandoned leisure centre.
He also filmed the the dirty pool water and pointed out where the slides and lazy river, which were once a huge attraction with youngsters, used to be.
The urban explorer takes his daughter through the pool, where he used to frequent as a child.
He points out the slides and flumes he used to use and its forgotten attractions which he used to use.
The attraction once included a number of pools of differing shapes, sizes and depths.
And the urban explorer pointed out where the café and souvenir shop were located, talking his daughter through his visits as a child.
After going through a few areas which are marked "out of bounds" which he ignores and continues until arriving at the large pool.
His caption reads: "If you were an eighties or nineties kid Butlins in Minehead, this will bring back some memories.
"Whoa look at that. Yeah this is what it used to look like when I came here a kid."
He points out some foliage which he said used to hang from the ceilings and grabs a piece as a reminder of the pool visit.
Jacob said: "This TikTok will sure bring back some nostalgic memories. so come and take a step back in time with me while I go and explore"
In the café area, the footage shows a number of stacked chairs and tables which would have been hugely popular area to join your family after an energetic few hours in the pool.
He also points out an old yellow slide which countless kids used on their visits to the attraction.
Jacob explains in his narration how the pool changed in the 80s and 90s when additional features such as flumes and a lazy river were added.
It still has water in it, but now looks filthy in its abandoned stat with mud and gravel at bottom of the once bubbling facility which would have been a huge highlight among kids.
After showing the café, Jacob walked in to a side room which he says "must have been an old club of some sort".
The decrepit room was mostly empty apart from some debris which littered the area and was in many ways a said reflection of its hugely popular past when it was once a fixture on most families to-do lists.
