The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies has revealed the delectable menu for the upcoming Inaugural Luncheon following the swearing-in of President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance. The luncheon will commence with a toast featuring sparkling wine from Gruet Winery in New Mexico.
For the first course, guests will be treated to a Chesapeake Crab Cake accompanied by tomato tartar, bay sauce, pickled vegetables, romanesco, dill, and chive oil. This will be paired with a Chardonnay from Veritas Vineyards “Reserve” in Monticello, Virginia.
